Audio
1. If your audio volume appears to be low the most likely cause is your volume settings.
2. Be sure to check each your machine's volume controls to address the problem.

The speaker icon in the Windows task bar (lower right) if applicable.
3. If the audio is slightly out of sync with the video, restarting the stream may alleviate the issue.
4. Verify your headset/system volume is up and plug in to the headset jack and not a mic or line input (same size of jack).
Video
If your video stutters or re-buffers due to over-utilization of your CPU or network, try closing any background applications or downloads you may be running.
If the webcast is streaming but you cannot see the video, be certain that you have the latest media player and codecs available for your PC and operating system. You can download the latest versions here.
